Now that Governor Cuomo has stated that 70% of the population of New York State has had at least one COVID vaccine shot, he is opening up the state to more of our usual activities. This means that starting in next month–July–we will be meeting back at the First Baptist Church of Rochester on the third Thursdays of the month. There will still be some modifications from how we interacted before the COVID pandemic, but at least we are again coming together in person for group activities.
We will also be moving ahead for our 60th Anniversary Celebration in October. Until then, we will be going back to our usual activities of a morning workshop under the direction of various teachers of our representative schools of ikebana.
